Key Responsibilities
Operations & Facilities
- Ensure all courts, equipment, and facilities meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and readiness
- Implement and maintain operational systems, routines, and checklists
- Resolve operational issues quickly and decisively
Team Leadership
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage operations and maintenance staff
- Set clear expectations and uphold performance standards
- Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
Customer Experience
- Oversee customer service and on-ground experience
- Handle escalations and turn feedback into operational improvements
- Maintain a welcoming, consistent, and high-quality environment
Financial Oversight
- Manage day-to-day operational expenses and payments
- Track revenue, control costs, and report key metrics to management
- Identify inefficiencies and implement cost controls
Projects & Growth
- Execute special projects and initiatives with the founders
- Turn ideas into structured plans with clear timelines and outcomes
- Support events, leagues, and programs with strong operational execution
Requirements
- Proven experience managing teams and physical operations (sports facilities, gyms, hospitality, F&B, retail, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving ability and comfort making independent decisions
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-driven
- Clear communicator who leads through action, not authority
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with pickleball or padel (or willingness to learn)
