We’re a brand-new Reformer Pilates and Barre studio opening soon in the heart of Damansara Uptown, all about empowering wellness and building a tight-knit community. We’re on the hunt for a rockstar Studio Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our studio and keep our vibe thriving!

What You’ll Do

• Be the ultimate host: greet clients, manage check-ins, and handle inquiries with charm and professionalism.
• Process class package and retail transactions.
• Assist with studio operations, including organising merchandise and equipment.
• Support our instructors with class setups to create epic client experiences.
• Keep our studio sparkling, safe, and Instagram-worthy.
• Manage supplies and ensure we’re always stocked for success.

Who You Are

• A people-person with killer customer service skills and a positive vibe.
• Fluent in English + Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin (bonus points for both!).
• Ready to rock rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• A multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with basic tech (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• No experience No problem! Fresh grads are welcome, and we’ll train you to shine.
