Planner

We are seeking a passionate Planner to join our dynamic team

Role Overview

Responsible for coordinating production planning and material readiness by tracking kitting status, creating and closing production orders, issuing picklists, and monitoring build progress. Ensures timely material availability, supports on-time customer delivery, and adheres to standard operating procedures while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires relevant production experience, strong coordination and communication skills, and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Track material kitting readiness
• Create production orders for production builds
• Monitor material availability and lead times to prevent production or delivery delays
• Issue picklist to warehouse and keep track the materials readiness until it reached production floor
• Monitor production build status
• Close production order and coordinating shipments to meet customer on-time delivery (OTD) requirements
• Ensure adherence to company rules, regulations, and standard operating procedures
• Follow established work schedules and process flows
• Provide input for continuous improvement in performance and efficiency
• Perform any other tasks (example stock count) and duties essential to achieving the company's objectives

Requirements

• A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• A team-oriented attitude, responsibility, willingness to take on challenges, and a helpful nature
• Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
• Industry-relevant production experience
