Job Responsible for Planner
- To be responsible in reviewing customer Purchase Order and commit Sales Department for the delivery date in Sales Order Detail.
- To be responsible in release Work Order upon receive Sales Order Detail from Sales Department.
- To be responsible provide Production Schedule to production.
- To be responsible in updating Material Shortage Report, advise quantity order request and work closely with Buyer for raw material delivery date.
- To be responsible in issuing Material Issue Note ( MIN ) to Warehouse for preparing material for Production.
- To ensure work orders are completed in a timely, accurate manner. Monitor materials fulfillment and WIP utilization.
- To be responsible in implementing production planning and monitoring production output in order to meet customers requirement and delivery date.
- To be responsible and solved any issue arising from issuance of raw material. The Material Control shall resolve any excess issue, investigate the reasons for excess issues and create systems to minimize recurrence.
- Authorized not to create work order if no Sales Order.
- Authorized to not accepted customer pull in if full capacity and on hold production line if receive notice ECN or Non-Conformance.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a procurement or planning role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in using SAP and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or any related field
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaker
