Job Summary:
We are an established EPCC for palm oil downstream projects. We are recruiting for our new project in Tanjung Langsat, Johor for Ultra high volume palm oil refinery.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the allocation of manpower, machinery, and materials to meet project execution targets.
- Identify and discuss with superior on scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks.
- Supervise on planning and execution activities and adhere to quality and safety standards.
- Liaise with various departments such as engineering, construction, and quality control, to facilitate a smooth project execution.
- Assist to fine-tune project schedules to improve efficiency and reduce project delays.
- Ensure planning and executive activities are adhere to quality and safety standards.
- Communicate changes in schedules and any potential delay issues to relevant departments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project planning and scheduling, with at least [5 years] in a similar role, preferably in the green-field EPC projects.
- Strong business management abilities.
- Excellent communication and delegation skills.
- Multitasking capabilities with awareness of site surroundings.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and data analysis tools.
- A basic understanding of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) frameworks is an advantage but not necessary.
- Knowledge of Green Building Index or LEED certifications is beneficial but not mandatory.
