Planner

Job Duties:

• Responsible for developing master production schedule & release job router to meet daily customer demand.

Determine manpower, equipment, tool and raw materials needed to meet production demand.

• To track daily production progress and monitoring of production WIP movement versus planned schedule.

To liaise with the procurement team to ensure all materials are aligned to the production schedule planned.

• Expedite operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.

Coordinates with customer service team to resolve issues that may lead to potential delay of shipment.

• Responsible to ensure the effectiveness and consistency workflow according to company ISO 9001 system.

Compile the production performance report, WIP inventory report, etc to management for reviewing.

• To liaise with finishing subcon on the delivery schedule, prepare the subcon DO.

• Requirement:

Strong in database, analysis, and computer literacy, especially in excel.

• Good interpersonal skills and able to work with minimum supervision.

Preferably a detailed oriental and fast learner.

• Good communication in English & Mandarin, independent & good working attitude.
