About the Role
We are looking for a motivated fresh graduate who is passionate about innovation, communication, project coordination, and change management. As a Planning & Change Management Associate, you will support various initiatives related to AI adoption, employee engagement, communications, events, and executive forums.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to senior stakeholders, innovation programs, change management methodologies, and emerging AI technologies while developing strong project management and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management & Communications
- Assist in developing communication materials, presentations, newsletters, banners, and training materials.
- Support the creation and maintenance of intranet pages, microsites, and employee engagement content.
- Coordinate review and approval processes with stakeholders.
- Help prepare promotional materials, user guides, and adoption campaigns for AI and innovation initiatives.
- Support communication activities for product launches, awareness campaigns, and learning programs
- Planning & Coordination
- Assist in planning and coordinating innovation-related activities, workshops, town halls, and learning sessions.
- Support project tracking, meeting scheduling, and action item follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
- Help manage logistics and communications for events involving senior leadership and large audiences.
- Support documentation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Executive Meetings & Governance Support
- Assist in preparing presentation materials for leadership meetings and innovation forums.
- Collect and consolidate updates from different stakeholders.
- Track meeting action items and follow up on deliverables.
- Maintain meeting schedules, agendas, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure meeting materials are organized and distributed on time.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Support administrative activities related to innovation programs and projects.
- Assist with data collection, documentation, and reporting.
- Use Microsoft tools to automate simple workflows and reminders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials required by the team.
- Support ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the manager.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Insurance background and more flexible on change management, making website, driving adoption.
- Internship experience in project management, consulting, communications, HR, marketing, or technology-related functions is an advantage.

- Exposure to design tools such as Canva or Figma is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Power Automate or AI tools is a plus.
- Comfortable learning new digital tools and technologies.
