Program Overview:

Our Planning & Governance Internship Program provides a valuable opportunity for students to gain practical experience in supporting strategic initiatives, governance practices, and organizational planning processes. As an intern, you will work alongside professionals in project governance, compliance, and stakeholder coordination. You'll be exposed to real-world scenarios that require critical thinking, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration.

Planning & Governance Internship Role

Key Areas of Exposure:

Project Administration Support:

  • Assist in organizing schedules, tracking action items, and managing documentation for planning and governance initiatives.

Governance & Compliance Tracking:

  • Help ensure adherence to internal governance processes by consolidating updates, monitoring compliance, and supporting structured decision-making.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Contribute to the preparation of summary reports, status dashboards, and presentation materials. Maintain centralized documentation repositories for audit readiness and internal access.

Stakeholder Engagement Coordination:

  • Facilitate clear communication between governance teams and internal stakeholders. Help coordinate updates, information flow, and meeting logistics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum CGPA of 3.4 and above.

Technical & Administrative Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, collaborative platforms, or project tracking tools is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and an organized approach to task management.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to liaise confidently across departments.
  • Proactive, responsible, and capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong time management and follow-up abilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
