Job Description:
- Lead and support end-to-end supply planning activities, ensuring alignment across MRP, RM/PM planning, and cross-functional teams.
- Manage inventory health, including stock cover, SLOB/near‑expiry control, and risk mitigation for shortages or excess
- Ensure material availability through PO management, supplier coordination, and shipment execution tracking
- Maintain data accuracy and system integrity (BOM, ERP/planning tools) to support reliable planning and reporting
- Support NPD launches, audits, and governance, while leading team capability development and cross‑functional collaboration
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
- 7–10 years of experience in supply/materials planning, with strong exposure to MRP, S&OP / IBP, and inventory management
- Proven ability to manage inventory performance, service levels (OTIF), and supply risk mitigation
- Strong analytical skills with experience using ERP/planning systems (e.g. SAP/BPCS) and Excel
- Demonstrated capability to lead cross‑functional collaboration and develop planning team capabilities
