To be responsible to report to the Management or HR Department on any conduct which is inconsistent with the Company codes of conduct affecting labor, business ethics, or other Company's policies, rules and regulations.
To support the implementation of ISO9001 and ISO14001 systems and the management of Environment Management Program (EMP).
To ensure Quality Management System (QMS) for Semiconductor Division is documented, implemented, maintained and continually improved.
To carry out the job as per requires in the working instructions (Quality terms: KR, KJS, KWS).
To create customer orders and shipment on time as per the shipment instruction or the delivery commit or allocation.
To involve in physical stock count and organized an MRB if necessary.
Responsible for planning, leading and coordinating, production schedule and shipment plan to meet customers requirements.
Responsible for monitoring and ensuring production runs smoothly and fulfil customers orders.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Business Management or equivalents.
Or Diploma in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Business Management or equivalents with minimum 5 years experience as a Production Planner.
Strong analytical, problem solving, project management and communication / interpersonal skills
