·        We have a requirement to onboard a OTC functional SCON resource and following are the areas where we need the resource to have strong expertise.

·        Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Planning (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning) and Order Management modules

·        RICE: Exposure to understanding of Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Extensions. Should be able to gather business requirements and create functional design and specifications / lean specification documents, explain the requirements to the technical team and perform Functional Unit testing of the RICE objects.

·        Configure Order Management setups including order orchestration, fulfillment, pricing, shipping, and order-to-cash processes

·        Configure Planning modules including demand/supply plans, planning parameters, exception messages, and forecasting methods

·        Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions aligned with Oracle Cloud standards

·        Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive solution design

·        Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, OTBI/BI reports, and extensions

·        Develop test scripts, support SIT/UAT cycles, and manage defect resolution

·        Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements

·        Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice-building initiatives

·        Stay current with quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and assess impact on existing configurations
