Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Plant Supervisor located in Ipoh. The Plant Supervisor will oversee daily plant operations, ensure effective plant maintenance, and implement preventive maintenance strategies. They will be responsible for supervising staff, providing training, and ensuring safety standards are met. The role requires coordination with multiple departments to ensure efficient plant management and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills and ability to lead a team
• Experience in plant operations, plant maintenance, and preventive maintenance
• Ability to provide training and ensure adherence to safety standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ipoh
• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Plant Management, or related field is a plus
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is advantageous
