ServiceNow Platform Architect, you will be pivotal in supporting a high-traffic mobile digital platform that integrates financial services, lifestyle, and rewards. Here, you will define the 5-year technical roadmap, ensuring a scalable and resilient service management environment for millions of users.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the long-term ServiceNow roadmap and platform governance strategy.
- Design and align high-performance solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB.
- Define standards for complex workflows, automation scripts, and custom module configurations.
- Ensure global scalability, stability, and rigorous development documentation.
- Oversee the integrity of data modeling, discovery, and service mapping for full visibility.
Key Competencies- Minimum 6-8 years of leading ServiceNow architecture and hands-on development.
- Expert-level mastery of ITSM, ITOM (Discovery/Event Mgmt), and ITAM (SAM/HAM).
- Strong JavaScript and Glide API scripting for complex automation and business rules.
- Proven track record integrating ServiceNow with external tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk, ELK).
Certifications (Preferred)- ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and CIS (ITSM/ITOM/ITAM).
- Advanced certifications like CTA or CSD are highly advantageous.
