Role Description
- Be the frontline hero, responding quickly and confidently to hosts and customers inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and live chatdelivering solutions that wow every time.
- Take ownership of customer issues by diving deep to identify root causes, offering clear solutions, and following through to full resolutionturning challenges into success stories.
- Represent HostPlatform with professionalism, empathy, and energy in every interaction, making each customer feel valued and heard.
- Master the tools of the trade to provide accurate, fast, and crystal-clear information, ensuring no question goes unanswered.
- Proactively escalate complex or unresolved issues to the right internal teams acting as the crucial link to keep things moving swiftly.
- Log all customer conversations, feedback, and outcomes with precision, ensuring we capture every insight to keep improving.
- Stay sharp and agile by constantly updating your knowledge on products, system changes, and new processesbecoming the go-to expert on all things HostPlatform.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table by identifying gaps or inefficiencies and suggesting smarter, better ways to deliver an exceptional support experience.
- Wrap up each day with a sense of accomplishment by submitting clear, accurate daily reports that keep the entire team aligned and informed.
Qualifications
- Experience with OTAs platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, or WATI.
- A background in hospitality, travel tech, or e-commerce support.
- Multilingual skills (English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Malay).
