PLC Automation Engineer

Machine Control Systems: Machine Control Systems especially PLC programming (ControlLogix Hardware and RSLogix 5000 Software), Electrical design, CE Standard machine safety.

The Project Manager will assign and review the task to these engineers on regular basis.

Degree in Electrical Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent with minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment.

Job Requirements:

·      Creating project plans

·      project schedules

·      Project On Time Delivery

·      Delivery to specifications of machine vision applications

·      PLC (Programmable Logic Control/Ladder Logic) Skills – Rslogix 5000 etc.

·      Servo Systems (Emerson, Baldor etc)

·      Electrical Skills

·      (Saftey, CE etc)

·      Machine Safety Knowledge of Pneumatics, CAMS, Gearboxes, Clutches

Job Experience:

The resources would have:

▪ Excellence in PLC programming

▪ Proficient programming skills with modern motion control systems

▪ Detailed Knowledge in all aspects of electrical design, power distribution safety system design. This includes a high level of knowledge and experience with applicable standards and specifications.

▪ Broad practical grasp of electrical requirements for modern production lines and responsibility for assuring the electrical drawings for standards are followed.

 ▪ Capable of overseeing implementation of design changes. - Knowledge of Machine Control trends.
