About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented PMO Analyst to support project coordination and governance for key initiatives within the organization. You will work closely with IT and Business Project Managers to ensure smooth execution, reporting, and documentation of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with IT & Business teams to gather project progress updates and reporting
• Prepare and consolidate reports for management and committees
• Arrange and facilitate project meetings, including minutes and follow-ups
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and timelines
• Track risks, issues, and change requests (CR) and ensure timely resolution
• Support project documentation, sign-offs, and filing
• Maintain project trackers (Risk, Issues, CR matrix, etc.)
• Assist in onboarding coordination for new team members
• Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of working experience
• At least 1 year experience in PMO / project coordination / reporting
• Experience in financial services or similar environment is an advantage
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to multitask and respond quickly to requests
• Team player with strong coordination skills

Nice to Have

• Exposure to project governance, reporting to committees, or banking projects
• Familiarity with project tracking tools and documentation standards
