Job Description
- Plan and execute cutover activities in alignment with project timelines and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for system transitions.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the cutover process.
- Monitor progress and provide updates to stakeholders during the transition period.
- Maintain detailed documentation of cutover plans, activities and outcomes.
- Coordinate with technology teams to ensure data integrity and system functionality post-cutover.
- Provide troubleshooting support during and after the cutover phase.
- Ensure compliance with organisational standards and policies throughout the process.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful PMO Cutover Lead Should Have
- Experience in managing cutover processes within technology projects.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk management.
- Familiarity with the retail industry and technology systems.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring smooth transitions.
