PMO (IT Coordinator)

Description

We are seeking a motivated PMO (IT Coordinator) to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic objectives. This role is critical in facilitating communication among project stakeholders and maintaining project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee IT projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Assist in the development and management of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, providing solutions as needed.
• Document project processes and maintain project documentation standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in IT project coordination or a related field.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
