PMO / Junior Test Manager

Our Client a leading bank in Asia with a global network of more than 500 branches and offices in 19 countries and territories in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America are looking for Consultants to be part of the project

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. They work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Malaysia and overseas branches.

The client has more than 80 years of history in the banking industry and is expanding its footprint in Malaysia.

The selected resource will be working in a newly setup technology centre located in Kuala Lumpur as part of Technology and Operations to deliver innovative financial technology solutions that enable business growth and technology transformation.

Our client are seeking a PMO Manager to support our Testing Center of Excellence (TCOE). This is a data‑driven PMO role centered on Project Management Analytics (PMA)—collecting, consolidating, analyzing, and reporting delivery and testing data.

The role works extensively with Jira and Confluence as source systems and uses eazyBI as the primary analytics and reporting platform. Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint are essential for executive reporting and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, validate, and consolidate delivery and testing data from Jira and Confluence
• Build and maintain analytics models, reports, and dashboards using eazyBI for Jira and Confluence
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency of definitions, and reporting integrity
• Deliver concise, executive ready presentations and status updates

Mandatory Skills Description:

• 3-5 years of experience in PMO, PMA, Project Analytics, and Test Management roles
• Strong working knowledge of ISTQB Test Management concepts
• Hands on experience with Jira and Confluence as primary delivery tools
• Strong experience using eazyBI for reporting, dashboards, and KPI analytics
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and validation
• Excellent PowerPoint skills for executive level presentations
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy
• Clear, concise, and structured communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• ISTQB Certification (Test Manager)
• Prior experience supporting a Testing Center of Excellence (TCOE)
• Exposure to enterprise level QA or large, multi team delivery environments
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification
