Job Title: PMO & Strategic Communications Specialist
Role Overview
The PMO & Strategic Communications Specialist is responsible for establishing and governing project management frameworks while driving strategic communications and engagement initiatives for IDT Services & Technology Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management Office (PMO) Governance
- Establish and govern the Project Management Framework for IDT Services & Technology Delivery.
- Monitor and track project progress against defined workplans, milestones, and timelines.
- Develop standardized reporting templates and define reporting cadence.
- Prepare and present periodic status reports to evaluate and communicate project performance.
- Support and oversee high-priority global projects and initiatives tracking.
- Create monthly dashboards and reports for leadership review.
- Govern and standardize tools, templates, and reporting mechanisms across teams.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance project management effectiveness.
Strategic Communications & Engagement
- Establish and govern the Communications and Engagement Framework.
- Develop and drive Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans for strategic initiatives.
- Create high-quality communication materials aligned with branding and visual identity guidelines.
Support Executive Communications Including
- C-level presentations
- Board-level decks
- Townhalls and leadership engagements
- Newsletters and publication materials
- SharePoint content and internal communication platforms
- Collaborate closely with leadership teams and functional heads to ensure timely and accurate communication.
- Manage and enhance communication channels to drive engagement across teams and hubs.
- Maintain and evolve branding and identity standards for IDT Services & Technology Delivery.
- Identify and implement improvements in communication strategies and engagement practices.
Stakeholder Management & Leadership Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for PMO and Strategic Communications.
- Partner with global and regional leadership teams to align communication strategies.
- Coordinate strategic presentations, business cases, and engagement materials.
- Support cross-functional teams and global hubs with PMO and communication needs.

- Canva visual content (vidoes) creation and branding alignment
- Familiarity with SharePoint and collaboration tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in PMO, Strategic Communications, or similar roles
- Exposure to global/matrix organizations
- Experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders
