PMS Application Support Internship Program
Program Overview:
Our PMS Application Support Internship Program offers an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in managing user access, improving software documentation, and participating in Microsoft .NET web application development. As an intern, you will be directly involved in providing Level-1 user support, enhancing user guides, and collaborating with a senior team member on research and development initiatives. This role will give you a deep understanding of IT support processes and provide exposure to real-world application development.
Key Areas of Exposure:
Level-1 User Access Support:
- Assist in resolving basic user access issues for the MARIAN application. Help ensure users can log in and perform necessary tasks without interruptions.
Software Documentation:
- Help improve and enhance the Level-1 User Access Support Guide and PMS User Operation Guide to make them clearer and more user-friendly.
Microsoft .NET Web Application R&D:
- Participate in research and development for Microsoft .NET web applications. Work closely with a senior team member to develop and test new features for the MARIAN system.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain records of user access issues and the resolutions provided. Assist in preparing reports to update the team on progress and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of IT systems and applications (preferably experience with MARIAN or similar tools)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Familiar with programming languages: JavaScript, C, HTML, CSS, and SQL for database management.
- Experience with software testing, troubleshooting, and user access support.
- Familiar with SharePoint for document management and Git for version control.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and responsible approach.
