Formulate policy guidelines related to prohibited listings.
Ensure policy compliance with local regulations.
Revise, amend and update materials and publications of Shopee Policy, SOP, SEH Article.
Conduct market research on local laws, rules and regulations to identify stakeholders needs and market gaps.
Undertake project work as required; undertaking initiatives identified based on business needs.
Cooperate with stakeholders to get insights and risks, and consider effects across the company on operations standards.
Review existing KPIs and standardize them based on alignment with Regional and local needs.
Execute initiatives, and monitor their functionality across teams.

Requirements

A background in legal or related fields is preferred
Familiarity with local regulations is advantageous.
Basic Microsoft Excel skill is required.
Able to work on repetitive tasks in a fast paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written forms (Mandarin language is a preferred)
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
