Ensuring Policy Alignment: Cross-check detection coverage against platform policies. Identify logic gaps or misalignments, and recommend improvements for better rule accuracy and compliance.
Collaboration and QA Support: Work closely with the strategy and quality assurance teams to implement updates, validate policy precision, and ensure accuracy of review results.
Assisting to developing Detection Strategies: Assist in designing and refining rule-based or keyword-based detection strategies that surface high-risk or policy-violating content. This includes drafting logic, testing rules, and iterating based on review feedback and ensuring that the keyword aligns with the listing.
Requirements
Undergraduate or recent graduate in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) with strong analytical thinking and sharp attention to detail.
Comfortable working with language, behavior patterns, and policy interpretation.
Strong communication and documentation skills — able to clearly explain logic and rationale.
Naturally curious and systematic — you ask why, and dig to understand how things work.
A strong team player - able to work closely with others and integrating your own workflow with others
Confident using spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets); open to learning basic regex or rule logic.
