Maintain strong working relationships with clients and provide day-to-day project support.
Assist in project planning, idea development, and execution of retail marketing and POSM initiatives.
Coordinate communication between clients, internal creative teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
Manage production timelines, quality control, and deployment of retail marketing materials.
Conduct retail performance analysis and prepare reports, presentations, and business updates.
Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
Manage retail assets including POP materials, graphics, display structures, and promotional items.
Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
Support retail execution activities to ensure compliance with brand and operational guidelines.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and business targets.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including quotations, purchase orders, project trackers, meeting minutes, and status reports.
Support administrative and documentation processes to ensure project records are accurate, organized, and up to date.
Assist in compiling project completion reports, deployment records, asset inventories, and other operational documentation as required.
Ensure proper filing and version control of project-related documents for internal and client reference.
Develop professional presentation materials and business proposals using PowerPoint to effectively communicate project updates, strategies, and recommendations.
Utilize Excel to manage project trackers, analyze retail data, prepare reports, and support business decision-making.
Job Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in retail marketing, POSM management, project coordination, or related fields.
Experience in consumer electronics, mobile phone, or retail industries is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Good communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to create professional and visually compelling presentation decks.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, formulas, and tracker management.
Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
