Responsibilities:
- Responsible for on-site installation, commissioning, and testing of robotic (AGV) systems to ensure proper operation.
- Quickly respond to customer fault reports, diagnose and repair issues to restore equipment promptly. Provide after-sales technical support for European projects (including online remote support).
- Provide technical support, answer customer inquiries, and be able to write English training documents (service reports, operation manuals, etc.). Conduct operation and maintenance training for customers.
- Perform regular equipment maintenance and inspections to prevent potential problems.
- Manage spare parts for the local branch and coordinate with headquarters for local spare parts management.
- Collect customer feedback, propose product and service improvements, and provide on-site problem feedback.
- Ensure all operations comply with local safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Education & Technical Background: Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. Technical knowledge in sensor applications and network communication is required.
- Industry experience in AGV / warehouse automation is a huge plus.
- Language: Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin)
- Soft Skills: We are looking for energetic, proactive, and self-motivated individuals who take initiative, enjoy problem-solving, and have a positive attitude. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and sense of responsibility are essential.
- Technical Writing & Reading: Ability to write technical reports, service records, and operation manuals; provide technical training and guidance to customers. Ability to understand basic circuit diagrams and CAD drawings, and use instruments such as multimeters.
