We are currently hiring a Powder Supervisor to ensuring the smooth and efficient production of products while upholding quality standards and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising powder coating operations within a manufacturing facility. They oversee the application of powder coatings to various surfaces, ensuring that coating adhere properly, meet quality standards, and are completed according to production schedules.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor the production running according to the production schedule.
- Ensure the production follows specification and highlight if there is any discrepancies.
- Responsible to arrange manpower planning and allocation for production.
- Control production wastage at all time.
- Maintain good manufacturing practice at the production plant.
- Report to Operation Director regarding daily activities for production plant.
- Supervise and manage the subordinates to follow company rules, safety, 5S, SOP & Work Instruction (WI).
Requirements
- Minimum PMR/ SPM or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years related working experience preferably manufacturing industry
- Knowledge in production planning and supervisor
