Power Apps Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Power Apps Developer to design, develop, and implement custom business applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies-including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of business processes, and the ability to translate organizational needs into scalable, efficient, and user-friendly digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps (mainly Model-Driven Apps) to meet business requirements.
• Automate workflows and integrate systems using Power Automate (Flow).
• Develop and maintain data models and reports in Power BI as needed.
• Connect Power Apps to various data sources, including SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, and external APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to understand requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Ensure app performance, security, and usability best practices are applied.
• Document application designs, configurations, and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and support existing Power Platform solutions.
• Stay current with updates and new features in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) developing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 integration.
• Understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and security roles.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400).
• Experience integrating Power Platform with Dynamics 365 or Azure services.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with custom connectors and API integration.
