Power BI Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade reporting and analytics solutions for the Insurance domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering insightful dashboards and reports across key insurance functions such as Sales, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Claims, and Finance. This role will play a critical part in enabling data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and regulatory insights through robust Power BI solutions.

· 3+ years of experience in BI or analytics roles with at least 4+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions using Power BI.

· Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), and Power BI data modeling best practices.

· Advanced SQL skills with experience querying and optimizing data from relational and cloud data platforms.

· Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling techniques.

· Experience working with insurance data domains including policies, premiums, claims, agents/advisors, customers, and financial metrics.

· Familiarity with integrating Power BI with enterprise data platforms such as Azure Synapse, SQL Server, Snowflake, or similar.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate insurance business questions into analytical solutions.

· Experience using project and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
