Power BI Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Define BI architecture, governance standards, and visualization frameworks

Drive model design, RLS/OLS setup, and dataset governance

Manage, lead, and mentor Power BI and Power Apps developers

Partner with stakeholders to align KPIs and metrics

Oversee report performance tuning, deployment pipelines, and documentation

Required Skills & Experience:

710 years in Power BI and Power Apps design, development, and support

Strong expertise in DAX, SQL, Power Query, data modeling, report publishing, and troubleshooting

Great knowledge of semantic layer design and performance optimization

Proven ability in governance and stakeholder communication
