PowerApps Technical Lead (Senior Developer)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PowerApps Technical Lead to join our IT department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in understanding business requirements and translating them into IT solutions. They should be proficient in designing and developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.

Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and O365.

Provide technical guidance to the development team.

Ensure the quality and performance of the developed solutions.

Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform solutions.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Power Platform development.

Understand and adhere to the organization's governance and guidelines while designing solutions.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in designing and developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

Strong understanding of business requirements and ability to translate them into IT solutions.

Proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, O365, .Net, and Web development.

Experience with data integration and working with various data sources.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in leading and mentoring a development team is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of experience in IT development.

At least 1 year of experience working in an enterprise organization.

Microsoft Power Platform certifications.

Experience with SharePoint and Azure services.

Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

Full understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
