Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI to support business decision-making.
- Work with senior analysts and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Perform basic data cleaning, validation, and preparation using Excel, SQL, or Power BI tools.
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of existing BI reports and visualizations.
- Troubleshoot discrepancies in reports and dashboards, and escalate issues as needed.
- Document report requirements, data sources, and metrics definitions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to test and validate BI solutions.
- Participate in data quality checks and ensure data accuracy in reports.
- Provide support for end-users of Power BI dashboards (e.g., access issues, training support).
- Contribute to identifying opportunities for automation or process improvement in reporting workflows.
- Stay up to date with Power BI updates and best practices, and apply learnings in day-to-day tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Power BI
- Basic understanding of SQL for querying databases.
- Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a team environment.
