What You'll Be Doing
* Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other traffic sources
* Monitor and improve key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
* Execute full-funnel campaigns (awareness → conversion → retargeting) aligned with client objectives
* Prepare clear and structured performance reports, turning data into actionable insights
* Manage campaign budgets and optimise ROI through bidding, targeting, and creative adjustments
* Work closely with content, sales, and account management teams to align campaigns with brand and performance goals
* Test new platforms, tools, and strategies to unlock growth opportunities
* Manage multiple campaigns and projects while ensuring timely delivery against KPIs
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns
* Strong experience with platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
* Solid understanding of performance marketing, funnels, audience segmentation, and paid media strategies
* Proven ability to analyse data and optimise campaigns to improve ROAS and reduce CPA
* Experience with A/B testing and campaign scaling strategies
* Familiar with tracking tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics (GA4), and conversion tracking
* Good understanding of the APAC digital landscape and platform trends
* Fluent in Mandarin and English for stakeholder communication; Cantonese is an added advantage
* Strong ownership mindset, analytical thinking, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable working under pressure and putting in extra hours when required
* Passionate about driving business growth through data-driven marketing
* Exposure to SEO, GEO, or AI-driven discovery strategies is a plus
