About the Job

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented PR & Marketing Executive to support both our Public Relations and Marketing teams. This hybrid role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure to both content creation and PR engagement including media pitching, social media content planning, client coordination, and light production work.

This position works closely with Account Managers, PR Leads, and Creative Teams to execute day-to-day tasks across multiple accounts, mainly Web2 brands across lifestyle, F&B, corporate, consumer, events, and SMEs. You will also assist with shoots, basic content production, and essential PR functions such as writing, media relations, and reporting.

ResponsibilitiesPublic Relations Support

Assist in media outreach: pitching, follow-ups, and maintaining media/influencer lists.

Build and maintain relationships with editors, reporters, bloggers, and KOLs.

Draft PR materials such as press releases, pitch emails, fact sheets, briefing books, and reports.

Conduct research for clients, including media monitoring, analytics compilation, and competitive landscape checks.

Help coordinate PR campaigns, fulfilment, and tracking of coverage.

Support senior team members in preparing press kits, event materials, and post-campaign summaries.

Marketing & Social Media Support

Assist in creating content calendars, campaign materials, and social media planning.

Draft captions, copy, and basic creative concepts under the guidance of the Marketing Account Manager.

Participate in content production, including light filming using iPhone/DJI, simple directing, and storyboarding.

Upload and schedule content across social media channels; assist with community engagement.

Prepare client decks, reports, meeting documents, and campaign recaps.

Manage content assets, approvals, and operational tasks to ensure timely delivery.

Creative & Administrative Tasks

Create simple designs on Canva; Adobe usage is a bonus.

Assist in vendor coordination (photographers, videographers, talents) when required.

Support events, shoots, or client meetings, occasionally outside office hours (time-off provided).

General administrative support as needed across PR and marketing accounts.

RequirementsEducation & Experience

Degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Business, New Media, or related fields.

OR minimum 1 year of experience in PR, social media, marketing, or agency roles (internships included).

Skills & Attributes

Strong writing skills able to draft social copy and basic PR materials.

Good communication skills and confidence interacting with clients, media, and internal teams.

Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).

Able to use Canva; Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or CapCut/VN editing is a plus.

Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple small tasks at once.

Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable receiving guidance and mentorship.

Willingness to travel around Singapore for shoots/meetings and support occasional after-hours events.

Ability to work independently while being a strong collaborator.
