Provide excellent Business/Marketing Support to all Business Partners and their customers; including but not limited to enquiries handling, claims support, credit control and ensuring renewal/new business documentations.
Assist the team members with day-to-day operational task, including processing customer and partner enquiries, supporting claims handling, and assisting with credit control records.
Complete operational tasks accurately and deliver the task within the required timeline.
Track and update operational tasks regularly to ensure service standards are met and compliance with internal workflow/SLA is maintained.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in any field, with interest to explore insurance marketing support
Good communicative skills - written & oral
Interpersonal skills
Knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications i.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Strong organization, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Highly adaptable with the ability to adjust to change in a positive manner
