Analyse information to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
Prepare clear summaries or reports to support operational and management needs.
Coordination, Logistics, and Internal Collaboration:
Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, document circulation, and follow-up actions.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Ensure materials and resources are prepared and readily available.
Documentation, Reporting, and Records Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of administrative activities and correspondence.
Prepare reports, updates, or briefings with relevant insights and recommendations.
Support internal planning and decision-making through timely administrative reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Political Science, Science Statistics, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications).
