Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Architected or designed enterprise solutions (ERP) in ITSM / ITAM / OTM / CRM / ITIL. Preferred:ServiceNow ITSM/ITAM.
  • Led presales and tender management activities, including technical proposals, solution blueprints, product demonstrations, and collaboration with sales/technical teams.
  • Evaluated and recommended technology platforms and emerging trends
  • Conducted pre/postimplementation sessions, technical demonstrations.
  • Delivered Bahasa Malaysia & English technical presentations and demonstrations for diverse audiences (technical & Clevel executives)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Able to travel within Malaysia.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering (Network/Telecommunications preferred)

Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in solutions / network implementation and operations

Strong knowledge of SD-WAN solutions (Fortinet preferred)

Proficient in routing, switching, and wireless technologies

Familiar with security solutions (Firewalls, IPS, Load Balancers)

Basic understanding of voice solutions (SIP, VOIP systems),

Excellent presentation and communication skills
