Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuching for the role of Preferred Relationship Manager. The responsibilities include managing and growing a portfolio of high-value clients by providing personalized financial solutions and advice tailored to individual needs. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, meeting financial targets, cross-selling banking products and services, and staying updated on industry trends to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Ability to provide tailored financial advice and cross-sell products while meeting targets
  • Analytical skills to assess client needs and market opportunities effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service capacity to ensure client satisfaction
  • Previous experience in financial services, wealth management, or sales roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Banking, or related disciplines
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and banking products in the ASEAN market is an advantage
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment
