Qualifications
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, including consumer banking, wealth management, and investment advisory
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and build long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals
- Proficiency in sales and negotiation, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze financial needs and provide tailored solutions to clients
- Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Previous experience in banking, financial advisory, or a relevant field is advantageous
- Proficiency in languages relevant to the region is an asset
- 2-5 years of client relationship experience
