Primary Objectives
- Premier Centre Service Champion
- Manage vacant port and Onyx Leads
- Support cross selling & AUM initiatives
- Consolidate sales performance reports for Centre Manager
- Assist in events and campaigns (coordinating, merchandise)
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in or call-in clients (e.g inquiries on transactional banking, membership services, product offered, account balances, currency rates) and if necessary direct to RMs
- Improve Premier Clients experience when there are turnover in RMs- Manage the vacant port of respective Centre Manager's portfolio by maintaining the list, provide updates regularly on campaigns and rates for cross-selling and AUM
- Provide strong support to Premier Relationship Managers and Premier Relationship Directors in sales activities such as pre/post sales appointments, checking of forms and follow ups on potential requirements to ensure completion of submission.
- Able to present Premier Propositions, campaigns and all deposit and asset products related to Premier segment to our Premier customers in a professional manner.
- Ensure smooth process flow in Premier fees charges for better customer's experience - Maintain and keep track on list of customers for Premier fees deduction to improve customer's satisfaction and reimbursements within TAT.
- Ensuring 100% contact rate for all Onyx leads campaigns.
- Cross selling credit cards, PCA, MCA Debit Card, FD and Banca
- Assist Centre Managers to consolidate daily sales reports for sales meetings
- Attend and support Premier events in areas such as merchandises and RSVP listing
- Assist Premier Centre in performing Verification Call to Vulnerable Customers
- Assist Premier Centre in account opening process
