Job Responsibilities
Work closely with clients to identify their needs, challenges, and goals, translating these into effective IT solutions.
Collaborate with the product and technical teams to design and propose solutions that meet customer requirements.
Lead product demonstrations and presentations to key stakeholders, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions.
Prepare and review high-quality proposals and RFP responses, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions in the market.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
A proven track record of success at least 5 years of experience as Presales Consultant/ Technical Sales.
Experience in B2B & B2C industries
Excellent presentation skills, comfortable presenting to a crowd.
Familiar with running discovery workshops, proof of concepts, and applying design thinking techniques.
Able to switch quickly between different modes of thinking and tasks.
Self-starter that is highly creative and able to manage and prioritize effectively.
Able to work with the sales team to understand and present a business case to clients articulating a technical solution, highlighting the business benefits to the customer in a language they understand.
Have deep technical expertise in any of the following domains (digital commerce, customer data platforms, advertising, commerce, BI & Analytics, Web analytics, CRM, CMS).
Knowledge of modern commerce and web technologies.
Strong conceptual understanding of database design and proficiency in database queries.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Able to read/speak/ write Mandarin
Willing to travel
