Lead and develop an in-depth understanding of client's IT Security needs and requirements.
Translate needs and requirements into comprehensive and competitive solutions, which includes preparation of Solution Design and Architecture, Solution Brief, Solution Proposal, Bill of Material and Solution Presentation.
For engagement that requires to showcase solutions capability, individual is required to lead and perform hands-on showcase such as Proof-of-Concept and Demo.
Work with respective principals to develop technical content, proposal and diagrams for RFI/RFP responses.
Responsible to enable (Eg: Training, workshop, seminar, conference etc.) channel partners, consultants/engineers to enhance technical and solution selling competencies
Prepare, write, and present trade and case studies, white papers, reports and briefings as required.
Participate in Growth and Customer Success Initiatives.
Provide proactive solution advisory support to position and close opportunity for sales, products and marketing group.
Possess strong communication, problem solving skills.
Keep abreast of changes in the standards, technologies or methodologies of related to solution pillar.
Build and sustain good relationship and synergy between Sales and Product Team.
Propose, Develop and Validate solution and services to partner and customer.
Requirements: -
Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in pre-sales technical role in IT security related field (architect, consultant or post-sales engineer)
Previous demonstrated experience within cyber security.
Pre-sales experience working directly with cyber security and/or network products in a team environment.
Technical knowledge in security products and cybersecurity solutions such as
Network Perimeter Security solutions which comprise of Firewall, Intrusion Prevention System (IPS), DDI solutions etc.
Application Security such as Endpoint Security, Extended Detection and Response (XDR), SOAR, Next-Gen SIEM, Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) and related solutions.
Infrastructure and Web Security Solutions such as Sandboxing, Web Proxy etc.
Access Security such as Privilege Access Management (PAM), Fraud Action and etc. Data Security solutions such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Encryption related solutions. Advanced Security Operations Centre (ASOC) & Cloud Security solutions such as SASE, CASB, SD-WAN etc.
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
Positive qualities and strong aptitude to WIN, as a TEAM is mandatory.
Administrator knowledge of Windows, UNIX or Linux.
Knowledge in Public Cloud Computing IaaS solution such as AWS, Azure, GCP, would be an advantage.
Possess Industry Qualification such as CEH, CCNP, MICROSOFT or other security certification/accreditation would be an advantage.
