Presales Engineer

Responsibility:

1. Study products and intra-logistics solutions to provide expertise to the Sales team and customers.

2. Work under the mentorship of Senior Engineers and with the Sales team to assist in the design of automation solutions.

3. Collaborate with the Project Implementation team to ensure successful deployment of the proposal.

4. Help with the writing, editing, and translation (if needed) of the solution-related documents.

5. Any other related duties assigned by the company.

Requirements:

1. A diploma or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Science, Business Analysis, or any related field is required

2. Excellent communication skills - written and verbal. Happy to learn new technologies and skills constantly. Ability to work well in a team environment, Analytical thinking, and excited about problem-solving. Ability to speak Mandarin Travel (up to 15%)

3. Preferred qualifications: 5 Years of work experience in related fields

4. Basic concepts of warehouse operations. Basic concepts of Warehouse Management System, Computer skills: Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), and other data analytics software
