Position: Presales Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct customer research and analysis during the pre-sales phase, evaluate product suitability based on the company's technical solutions, and guide customers in selecting appropriate technologies and products.
- Prepare and present pre-sales application proposals, organize and interpret application data, and deliver product demonstrations aligned with customers actual business scenarios.
- Draft and maintain technical documentation such as solution proposals and product manuals, ensuring accuracy and standardization.
- Monitor the competitive landscape of the information technology market, analyze market differences, and support product and market positioning analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in pre-sales or consulting roles within the software industry.
- Strong communication, coordination, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Excellent logical thinking, analytical ability, and organizational skills; able to summarize and present information clearly.
- Highly motivated to learn, with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with solid technical documentation writing skills.
