We are looking for a Pre-sales Engineer to support our sales team by providing technical expertise and helping clients understand how our solutions can address their needs. If you have a passion for technology, customer engagement, and problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you!

• Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and recommend the best solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase our AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions based on client needs.
• Assist in proposal development, technical documentation, and RFP responses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and government clients.

• Experience in presales, technical sales, or solution consulting (software/hardware background preferred).
• Strong understanding of AI, IoT, Video Analytics, or Edge Computing (a plus but not required).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging way.
• A proactive problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates must currently have the legal right to work in Malaysia, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
