We are looking for an experienced IT Presales professional to join our team. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for providing technical presales expertise and support to our sales team, ensuring our customers receive the best possible solutions to meet their business needs.
Job Description
- Engage with customers to understand their business requirements and challenges, and propose tailored IT solutions
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs with high-quality proposals and solution documentation
- Provide pre-sales technical support, including conducting assessments, preparing architecture designs, and generating Bill of Materials
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback and insights to enhance our offerings
- Assist with post-sales support as needed, ensuring a seamless transition and customer satisfaction
Requirement
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar IT Presales or Technical Sales role, preferably in the networking and security domain
- Strong technical expertise in areas such as network design, data centre, security solutions, IT architectures, cloud platforms, and integration frameworks
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to understand customer requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver compelling proposals
- Experience with platforms such as IBM, Red Hat, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Certifications in TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, CCNA, CISSP or similar are a plus.
