Role Description The Presenter role at iMEC Hygiene is a full-time, on-site position based in Kajang. The Presenter will demonstrate hygiene products and solutions to customers, conduct engaging presentations during events, trainings, and client meetings, and clearly explain product features, benefits, and usage. This role includes preparing presentation materials, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, and supporting product launches or promotional activities. The Presenter will interact with diverse audiences, respond to customer questions, gather feedback, and help enhance the overall customer experience. The role may also involve basic reporting on presentation outcomes and supporting content creation for visual or video presentations.

Qualifications

  • Strong presentation, public speaking, and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and clear explanation of technical or product-related information.
  • Professional appearance and customer-service mindset, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and partners.
  • Basic familiarity with hygiene, cleaning products, or related industries, or a strong willingness to learn product knowledge quickly.
  • Comfort with using digital tools, presentation software, and basic audio-visual equipment during demonstrations and events.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to prepare materials, schedule sessions, and handle multiple presentations or events.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and operations teams, and to adapt to a fast-paced, on-site environment.
  • Previous experience in presenting, training, sales promotion, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
  • Relevant education or training in communications, marketing, hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
