Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Support deal pricing and structuring across AP region, with occasional cross-geo collaboration
- Partner with Sales and Product teams to define competitive, compliant product offerings
- Conduct pricing and bid analysis to optimize revenue, margin, and customer value
- Identify and drive margin improvement and recovery initiatives across deals and accounts
- Perform detailed financial and profitability analysis (account, component, and attach level)
- Ensure pricing governance and due diligence across multiple stakeholders and regions
- Align deal strategy with broader business and commercial objectives
- Collaborate with global commercial, finance, and alliance teams to support account funding and strategy
Skills & Experience
Must-have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, or sales operations
- Strong understanding of P&L, cost structures, and margin optimization
- Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, financial modelling)
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into business decisions
- Strong stakeholder management skills across sales, finance, and product teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multi-time-zone environment
- Proficiency in English for business communication

- Experience in technology or hardware industry
- Exposure to deal desk, bid management, or pricing strategy functions
- Familiarity with global pricing frameworks or commercial governance
- Experience working with cross-regional or global teams
