- You will lead and execute strategic pricing initiatives that drive revenue growth and ensure sustainable profitability
- You will identify and unlock value opportunities through data-driven insights, market analysis, and cost recovery strategies
- You will partner with cross-functional teams to align pricing, commercial decisions, and contract management for maximum business impact
- You will influence key stakeholders by providing clear, actionable recommendations that shape business direction
- You will monitor pricing performance, track results, and take proactive actions to enhance outcomes and close gaps
- You will champion continuous improvement and innovation in pricing processes, tools, and governance across the organization

- You bring 7+ years of experience in finance, commercial, sales, marketing, or a related field
- You hold a relevant university degree with strong business and commercial fundamentals
- You possess deep commercial insight, especially in pricing strategies and cost recovery
- You are highly analytical, leveraging data and Excel skills to drive informed decisions
- You excel at influencing stakeholders and working across global, cross-functional teams
- You have proven experience leading change and driving business transformation
- You communicate effectively with high proficiency in English
- You are results-driven, proactive, and committed to excellence and continuous improvement
