To work as part of the team responsible for ensuring efficient and competitive pricing on the Platform.
Supporting the operational roll-out and execution of the various pricing programmes and initiatives that are run by the platform by creating training and how-to documents, operational Excel templates and Excel reporting dashboards.
Responsible for monitoring and tracking the performance of these programmes at a platform level and also at the specific participating cluster and category levels.
Support the team with engagement sessions with participating cluster and category teams to identify programme operational pain points and inefficiencies, and to develop solutions.
Strategic Scope
Support the team in analysing the performance trends of the pricing programmes to identify high-performing and poor-performing segments and potential improvement opportunities.
Support the team in developing and executing commercial impact assessments to determine the effectiveness of the pricing programmes.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
Experience in consulting, e-commerce, or other fast-paced tech start-ups is advantageous.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and execute projects
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Willing to learn fast, adapt quickly to changes, and a good team player.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is required.
