The opportunity

We are looking for a Pricing Senior Associate to supports managers and pursuit teams to build accurate, auditable pricing for consulting deals. This role focuses on data preparation, pricing workbook creation in EY tools, rate card application, sensitivity analysis, and documentation of assumptions and approvals.

Your key responsibilities

  • Create and update Mercury pricing workbooks with the right fees and rates.
  • Organize resource plans, including hours and costs; perform checks and evaluations.
  • Prepare analyses for different pricing scenarios and keep track of changes.
  • Gather inputs from subcontractors and manage cross-border costs as directed.
  • Create pricing documents and client-ready tables in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Assist with deal reviews and approval processes; update pricing status as needed.
  • Maintain a library of pricing assumptions, risks, and reusable materials

Skills and attributes for success

  • Basic knowledge of financial modelling (rates, hours, margins, cash flow, and currency adjustments).
  • Understanding of different fee structures (rate card, fixed fee, margin-based, contingent).
  • Strong attention to detail and good documentation practices.
  • Clear written communication skills; able to create organized pricing tables.
  • Proficient in Advanced Excel.

Ideally, you'll also

  • Experience with Mercury pricing workbooks and CRM workflow
  • Knowledge of Global Pricing and Commercial Management (GPCM) frameworks and global rate cards.

What we look for

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, FP&A, or bid support in consulting, technology, or services.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with multi-sheet models; familiarity with RFx responses is a plus.
